This exceptional 6-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious detached villa with its own self-contained 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment is a modern, private property that offers the elegance of the 'very special', combined with all the comforts of home.
Villa Victoria can accommodate up to 12 adults + 2 babies (up to 2 years of age sleeping in a baby cot) in 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms
Apartment Victoria with one additional bedroom (for max 2 adults + 2 children) + 1 bathroom

Since the winter 2019/2020 a new ski lift 'Lipenska' has been built in Lipno ski resort and is located only 350 meters from Villa Victoria, so easily accessible.
All our guests are now able to join / walk to the ski-piste without having to go to the centre of Lipno.
​
Our typical guest is large families, from grandparents to new-born babies, who wish to spend their holiday altogether.

All the amenities (shops, restaurants & cafes) are in Lipno nad Vltavou, only 300-400m walking distance.
Aquapark & lake Lipno with beach and Ski-areal Lipno is located only 500m from the house.
